PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Cable bolts for Mining are used for temporary and semi-permanent rock reinforcement in underground Mining. Rock bolting with prestressing steel cable bolts combines low bolt weight with high load-bearing capacity. The system remains flexible even with larger cable bolt lengths.

Mining cable bolts featuring a free length or a threaded anchorage instead of the default barrel and wedge system were developed for challenging ground control works. These bolts allow a tensioning of the system without tensioners.

ZongXiang Cable bolts for Mining are available in two different versions:

Plain Cable Bolt

Bulbed Cable Bolt

Fields of Application:

1.Ground control for different fields of application-from coal Mining to hard rock Mining.

2.Bolting in limited space conditions.

3.Reinforcement of roadways and gateways.

4.Bolting in the hanging wall of longwall T-junctions.

Installation Procedure:

Borehole drilling.

The choice of the borehole diameter depends on the drilling machinery, the cable bolt length, and the bond medium.

Version A: Filling of the borehole with cement grout or synthetic resin cartridges, then insertion of the cable bolt.

Version B: insertion of the cable bolt with factory-installed injection hose, subsequent injection with cement grout or injection resin.

Anchorage of the anchor head: Plate and wedge or press sleeve.

Prestressing of anchor and wedge sleeve using a cable bolt tensioner.
