PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
The full-thread FRP rock bolt is a full-thread rod body formed by pultrusion and wrap-around of glass fiber and reinforced resin, and is equipped with a bolt compossed of a member such as a tray and a nut. It is mainly used for support of coal mine rock roadway, semi-coal rock roadway, coal wall, surrounding rock face, slope anchorage and other underground engineering.
The FRP rock bolt is made of FRP special unsaturated polyester resin as the base material and FRP fiber as the resinforcing material. Due to the good chemical properties of the special resin and the high strength of the glass fiber, coupled with the special manufacturing process, the FRP anchor has the performance advantage unmatched by other materials.
FRP Rock Bolt Structure
The glass fiber reinforced plastic rod body is formed by high-temperature glass fiber and resin curing agent by high temperature curing. The full length of the rod body is thread type, the spiral direction is right-handed, the pitch is generally 10mm round head thread, the bolt diameter is 16-32mm, the length for the 1400-2600mm, the glass rod reinforced plastic rod body, tray, nut constitute the bolt assembly.

APPLICATION FIELD:
Coal mine roadway guards and underground works such as mines and railways,bolt support for tunnels, bolt support for railways and highways, etc., applied to mine roadway and underground engineering surrounding rock support to ensure in the stability of surrounding rock mine roadway and underground engineering.
FEATURES:
High strength: tensile strength of the rod body≥300Mpa; torque≥40N.m, strong tensile strength, light weight, about 1/4 of the same specification metal bolt; can be cut, not easy to cause damage, surface antistatic, flame retardant, cutting without sparks, corrosion resistance, thermal insulation, durability, good adhesion to resin anchoring agents.
The FRP rock bolt rod is formed by a circulararc threaded set of FRP nuts, and the FRP nut is extended near the end of the FRP tray to form a neck. The FRP tray is set on the neck of the FRP nut, and the middle section of the FRP rock bolt is a thread structure. It has the characteristics of strong tensile strength, shear resistance, strong torsional strength, low production cost and good supporting effect. It can be applied to all special environments with flammable and explosive. Because it can be cut, it wil not generate sparks and cause gas explosion. It is very benefical to the safe construction of roadway, especially suitablt for high gas area.
